Resetting a Lost Password
If you've lost your password, but know your email address, you can reset it with the steps below. If you've forgotten the email address you used for your account, email us at support@sonadier.com for help signing in.
- Open our Password Reset page, or click "Reset Password" from the login screen.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up for your account, then click Send.
- Enter and confirm your new password, and submit the form to save it.
Changing Your Password While Signed In
If you're signed in and know your password, you can change it from your Account Settings.
- Open your Account Settings by clicking the gear in the lower left of your screen and selecting Settings.
- Select the Account & Profile category.
- Open the Passwords section.
- Enter your Current Password, New Password, and Password Confirmation. If you've forgotten your current password, see the Resetting a Lost Password section above.
- Save your new password.
