Full Database Backups
Sonadier performs a full database backup daily, and stores the backups off-site. In the event of a serious failure, data can be restored to the last available day to ensure minimal downtime. We will work with your organization and use all available methods to restore your data. At this time, Sonadier has never had a database failure, nor lost any client data.
Submission Change History
With our Team Plan, individual changed values for submissions are logged. You can restore previous versions from the History tab of a submission page.
