Sonadier guarantees 100% scheduled uptime. If your organization experiences any unscheduled downtime, we will credit your next bill by the hour, rounding up for any time less than an hour. We do not guarantee the uptime of third-party services integrated with us, such as Zapier.
Scheduled downtime must be announced at least a week in advance, but we will attempt to notify at least a month in advance. Downtime is considered to start when a customer emails support@sonadier.com notifying us that they cannot access a service from Sonadier.
