FINANCE.MIRR(values..., finance_rate, reinvestment_rate)

Calculates the internal rate of return for a series of period cash flows, considering the cost of the investment and the interest on the reinvestment of cash.

• values: List of income or payments associated with the investment. Must contain at least 1 positive and 1 negative value.
• finance_rate: Interest rate paid on funds invested.
• reinvestment_rate: Return earned on reinvestment of income received from the investment.
